Dean Whittington joined the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in 2010.

He has developed a strong general practice with particular interest in the fields of construction, labour, restraint of trade, contract, banking and land claims. He has represented clients in a number of reported matters which include matters argued before the Supreme Court of Appeal and Labour Appeal Court.
