Bio
Christopher was admitted to the Bar in December 2018. Prior to that, he was an attorney. He completed his articles at Bell Dewar attorneys (now Fasken) in 2010. He then practiced as an attorney for seven years at Fasken specializing in construction and engineering law.
Christopher has extensive experience with the major standard forms of contract, including FIDIC, NEC and JBCC. He has worked on a wide range of projects in various sectors and of varying sizes, including fossil-fuel energy projects, renewable energy projects, PPP projects, state infrastructure projects, roads construction, commercial building projects, residential building projects, and mining and chemical process plant construction projects. He has experience in complex extension of time claims, defects liability claims and matters relating to performance securities.
Christopher also has experience and an interest in administrative law and general commercial law.
