Bio
Ephraim first set his sights on Engineering studies prior to joining the noble profession. He obtained a National N Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) and subsequently worked for Heineken South Africa, an international beverages company.
He completed his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2019 at the University of South Africa (UNISA) whilst employed at Heineken South Africa.
Upon the successful completion of his LLB degree, Ephraim joined Fairbridges Attorneys, where he served articles of clerkship and worked as an attorney in the Labour and Employment Law department, and partially in the public law department.
During his tenure at Fairbridges, Ephraim represented clients at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, Magistrates Court, and the Labour Court. He further conducted investigations, initiated and chaired disciplinary enquiries for both local and international entities.
