Bio
Inga Macingwane was called to the Bar on 03 December 2025. Inga completed her pupillage under the Mentorship of Kameel Premhid. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree as well as a Master of Laws degree specialising in Commercial Law. Inga’s experience spans both the public and private sectors. Prior to being called to the Bar, Inga clerked at the Constitutional Court of South Africa. Prior to her clerkship, she worked at the Competition Commission of South Africa and prior to that Inga completed her articles of clerkship at ENSafrica.
Inga is a general litigator with experience and interest in administrative law, commercial law, competition law, constitutional law, defamation law, human rights law, insolvency law, labour law, procurement law and tax law.
Inga is a Mandela Rhodes Scholar, Canon Collins Scholar and an Abe Bailey Fellow.
