Nqobile was admitted to the Johannesburg Bar in December 2025.

She holds a BA(Law), an LLB from the University of Cape Town and a PGD in Corporate Law from the University of Johannesburg.

She began her legal career as an attorney before joining the private sector. She has a diverse legal experience within the field of law in general, ranging from law-making to its application.

Nqobile runs a general practice with a particular interest in commercial litigation, property law, regulatory law, administrative law and constitutional law.
