Terence graduated with BA and LLB degrees from Wits in 1995. After completing articles in 1997, and taking a gap year to work in England, Terence was admitted to the Bar in 1999.

Terence’s practice consists of general commercial litigation and arbitration including insolvency, company, and restraints of trade, with an emphasis on construction, property and landlord/tenant matters. Terence has participated in construction arbitrations involving NEC and FIDIC contracts.
