Before her call to the Bar, Tricia was an admitted attorney of the High Court, having worked at 3 (three) top tier law firms and amassing a vast amount of experience in labour law. Thereafter, Tricia specialized as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist for 2 (two) blue-chip financial services companies. Since joining the Bar, Tricia has gained experience and exposure to litigation in the High Courts and lower courts.
