On 17 March 2025 in a special meeting the members of the Group unanimously adopted a constitution which establishes an executive committee to administer the Group.

The Executive Committee that was appointed comprises of Ross Hutton SC, Christopher Whitcutt SC, Jan Sello Langa, Christopher Picas and Mairéad Edwards.

In line with the Group’s new constitution and following the meeting of senior members, it was decided that Ross Hutton SC would take over the leadership of the Group.

Ross Hutton SC becomes the Group’s third leader after the Group was established by Ivan Miltz SC and thereafter lead by Chrsitopher Whitcutt SC.

The Group and its members congratulate Ross Hutton SC and thank Christopher Whitcutt SC for his exemplary role in leading the Group.
